In 1978, Peter Knudsen took the helm, carrying forward the legacy while expanding our capabilities into large-scale, high-profile projects.

Our portfolio includes landmark developments such as Quinte Gardens, Arabella Retirement Residence, TownePlace Suites by Marriott, and Fifth Town Cheese—Ontario’s first LEED Platinum-certified commercial building. We’ve proudly built countless Tim Hortons, McDonald’s, banks, dealerships, and institutional spaces, shaping the landscape of our community while remaining true to our family values.
